CAI BE – VINH LONG / (MY THO – BEN TRE ) – CAN THO – LONG XUYEN – CHAU DOC – SAI GON

For those with just a short time, this trip provides an overview of this typical Vietnam. On the way you can see the green paddy fields stretching towards the horizon (3 hours’ drive).

After arrival in Cai Be, we will on board for an exploration of lush vegetation’s of Mekong Delta and the lively floating market buyers bargaining. Next a rowing boat rides on the maze of shady canals to arrive at a local orchard to enjoy the local tropical fruits and visit the daily activities the handicraft villages of local people. Break time for lunch at the orchard fruit garden. Have free time to riding bicycle to the villages, sightseeing or relaxing on the hammock.

After that the local motorboat will take you back to Vinh Long for a land market and then continue to Can Tho by Bus. Overnight in Can Tho.

In the morning, a boat will take us cruising to the busiest floating market of the Mekong Delta River – Cai Rang Floating Market. Hundreds of vessels gather here to trade all kinds of fruit from neighborring fertile farms. Next we will walk through the village to visit a rice noodles making shop and farm garden etc. The Bus will take us direct to Long Xuyen for visiting the Crocodie farm then continue to Chau Doc.

Upon arrival, check into the hotel.

In the morning, visiting the Sam Mountain, Cave Pagoda and continue the tour to visit Tra Su forest. After a travel distance by a motor-boat to the center of the forest, tourist shall have to reship a different road with rowing by hands to accommodation of birds. Total area of this forest is 845 ha with fill-up of birds’ voice, anchoring on water surface. And more and more interesting things are waiting for you to discover…

From here, The A/c bus will take us back to Saigon with a stop at Mekong Rest stop. Trip ends.
