Business visas, also known as commercial visas, allow foreigners to enter Vietnam to work with companies and guarantee organizations with legal status according to the provisions of Vietnamese law (according 8 Article 8 Law No. 51/2019/QH14). I. DURATION OF BUSINESS VISA

Once entering Vietnam, once leaving Vietnam, visitors need to apply for a new visa to re-enter Vietnam.

III. HOW TO APPLY FOR A BUSINESS VISA

– Copy of passport with full information of the applicant.
– Copy of business license of the guarantee enterprise in Vietnam
– Form NA2 (entry application is declared online on the Vietnam Immigration Portal: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/dvbl-khong-tai-khoan)
– Form Na16 (Form introducing seal sample and signature of competent person)
– Proof of entry purpose, work schedule, work guarantee commitment, power of attorney, etc.
