Temporary Residence Card (TRC)

When you have a Working permit certificate in Vietnam issued by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for a term of 02 years or more. At the same time, the person, who owns the Working Permit Certificate, is permitted on applying for a Residence card in Vietnam in same with the value of the Working permit certificate. (Except for some nationalities who don’t have permission to receive a Temporary Residence Card and they are only entitled the visa for replacement of temporary residence card)

A dossier to apply for granting a Temporary Resident Card:

1. Original passport
2. Working permit certificate or a confirmation letter of non-issuance upon a work ing permit certificate
3. Form Na6, application for issuance of a card to foreigners in Vietnam
4. Form Na8, application for temporary residence card for foreigners in Vietnam, 02 photos with size: 2 x 3, white background, without glasses.
5. License for establishment of company (duplication)
